There is a land where prog rock lives

In the mid-'80s I used to write the music page for the Stourbridge News.
I would jest that our part of the Black Country was the last place on earth where young men still embroidered "Rush" on to the back of their denim jackets.
The postbag contained death threats if I even suggested that the era of the four-hour drum solo was behind us.
Today I went jogging through Wollaston - a district of Stourbridge.
I saw a man walk out of his executive home towards his executive car.
His grey hair was tied into a pony tail - and he was wearing the first Rush T-shirt I had seen for 25 years.
I rest my case.
PLEASE NOTE: I haven't linked to Rush. No-one should have to know more about them than is absolutely necessary.

Apparently Stourbridge Council have organised a Rock Concert for local residents and the line-up consists of Rush, Blue Oyster Cult and Kiss. Their problem is they don't know who should be head-lining and who should be bottom of the bill. Can you help them out by suggesting the correct order for these 3 Titans of North American rock.

I went to Tividale comp, now called Tividale community arts college - the irony of which only kicks in when you see how shitty their website is.

As of punks have a lot to shout about as far as being left wing is concerned!!

Most of them turned into Tories after making their money taking money from kids in the 70s and early 80s, making out they were so anti establishment. A huge con trick.
