Glorious summer for these strikers of York

Journalists on the York Press and Gazette and Herald weekly papers will be staging five days of strike action from tomorrow (Thursday May 22).
The 34 staff who work on the Newsquest owned titles voted to take their stand when offered three per cent on pay - less than colleagues in Glasgow and Essex.
