Dennis in the lion's den

Manchester Central Constituency Labour Party has demonstrated its radical credentials by inviting firebrand Derbyshire MP Dennis Skinner to speak at a fund raising event.
It is in deliberate contrast to recent expensive fundraisers held elsewhere in the city starring Alistair Campbell and Ed Balls.
The venue for Skinner’s talk will be the Manchester College of Arts and Technology.
I wonder if anyone has told Dennis – who learned his politics in the National Union of Mineworkers – about the tribunal ruling that MANCAT sacks trades unionists.
